A Little Bit About Me

I'm a 29 year old NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. For over two years, I trained clients in person, at a gym back home on the Florida Gulf Coast. While I absolutely loved working with clients one-on-one and leading group fitness classes, I knew that I loved writing about it even more!

In October of 2017, we made the decision to pack up our lives and move out to Colorado. I decided to take this opportunity to pursue a career in writing. I started here, at Chin-Ups and Cupcakes, but eventually began writing for popular fitness website.

I believe that the healthiest lifestyle is a balanced one, where the occasional rest day or cheat meal is just as important as staying active and maintaining a nutritious diet! Finding balance will allow you to sustain a healthy lifestyle, long term!
