21-Day Beach Body Challenge

Hello there! Well, I promised you a workout this week, so a workout is what you’ll get! Just because it’s the middle of July already, does not mean that it’s too late to get in shape! It’s never too late. This 21-Day Beach Body Challenge does not require any gym equipment whatsoever, so you can perform it from just about anywhere.

There are 3 workouts in this challenge. You’ll perform each of them twice per week. Each routine, includes a lower body, upper body and core component to make sure no body part is left behind! It will get progressively harder each week, as you’ll be asked to complete more reps. By the end of this challenge, you’ll be performing 100 reps per exercise! You’ll break a sweat, burn calories and tone all of the muscles in your body!

Consider finding yourself a workout buddy. Having someone to push you and motivate you will keep you on the path to success. If you want to make progress, you must also eat a healthy, well-rounded diet. Focus on high protein, and moderate fat and carbs. Stick with real, nutritious foods. Properly fueling your body will give you the energy you need to complete these workouts while also helping you to shed excess fat and inches! Keep that metabolism burning, DON’T starve yourself.

The Challenge!

Complete EACH Workout TWICE per week:

Each week, the number of reps for each exercise will increase (50, 75, 100). Try to complete these exercises with as little rest in between as possible. You can choose to complete all reps of one exercise before moving on to the next, or you can break it up. Just make sure you get them all in! You get one rest day per week, your choice! Note: Anything ‘alternating or single-leg’ requires the specified number of reps to be performed, per leg.
