30-Minute Total Body Sculpt & Shred

By  |

Hey there! I wanted to give you a different type of total body workout today. Exercise doesn’t have to be complicated, all that you need to do is get up and move! Anyone can find time for a 15-30 minute sweat-sesh! Many exercises can also be done from just about anywhere. You don’t need a gym, you only need a of couple tools.

For this workout, I’m going to give you a list of 30, yes 30 exercises that you can choose from. Don’t worry, you DON’T have to do them all. Some of them only require your body, while others call for a pair of dumbbells, a jump rope and a yoga mat. You can choose your exercises depending on what you have available to you!

Here’s what you’ll do:

  1. Choose 6 of the exercises.
  2. Perform each for 45 seconds, giving yourself a 15 second break in between.
  3. Complete 5 rounds, totaling 30 minutes!

Simple enough, right? Of course, if your short on time… you can choose 5 exercises and complete 3 rounds for 15 minutes.

Here’s your list. There are exercises for every body-part. You can create a total body workout, a lower body routine, work just your arms and even focus on your core! It’s completely up to you 🙂

Did you try it out?! What did you think? How do you feel? Which exercises did you try? The cool thing about this Mix and Match workout is that you can literally follow this program over & over again and continue to make progress! A tip that I would share with you (especially those of you trying to lose weight) is to make sure that you’re incorporating in one or two of the higher intensity exercises in (jumping jacks or burpees, for example). Getting your heart pumping will allow you to break a sweat and burn more calories!

It’s also important to remember that no fitness routine can make-up for a bad diet. You need to make sure that you’re eating a clean, well-rounded diet. If you’re trying to lose weight, it will definitely help you to be in beneficial but safe caloric deficit. Exercise is just icing on the cake… sorry if that made you hungry 😉

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Oh, and if you’d be so kind… can you share this workout using the Pinterest and Facebook links at the top?! I’d be forever grateful!

Have an excellent weekend!

Until next time…

I absolutely loved it, but once we moved across the country to Colorado, I decided to take the opportunity to pursue a slightly different career! My obsession with exercise and love for writing collided, which is how I became a fitness lifestyle writer.
