If you’re just beginning your fitness journey and want to get stronger, leaner and healthier than this strength program is for you! When you’re first starting out, consistency is key. I recommend following this workout for 4 to 6 weeks. This will allow you to easily track your progress and see your results while staying consistent. After 4 to 6 weeks if you want to advance your training, we can set you up on a customized plan.

What the Beginner Strength Program Includes:

-3 body part split workouts (Chest/Arms, Back/Shoulders, Legs) 1 of each

-2 ab exercises at the end of each body part split workout (6 total)

-Basic flexibility/stretching exercise

This program requires access to a gym at least 3 days a week. Each workout will take between 30-45 minutes. You may do cardio during this program, but make sure to do it after the strength portion of the workout.

I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Over the last few years, I have worked with over 50 clients in person and online. My clients have consisted of both men and women of all different body types. We have reached countless goals together from weight loss victories to getting that first chin-up! We’re constantly striving to become stronger and healthier!

Our success comes from practicing a balanced lifestyle. Balance between vigorous workouts, consistent healthy eating and the occasional treat make this lifestyle sustainable long term. You should not think of getting healthy as temporary. It’s something that you need to work on every day. If you’re ready to change your life, then I’m ready too!
