This month long custom training plan will be designed to fit your specific needs, no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey!

What the 1 month program Includes:

-A Fitness Evaluation (A series of questions, medical history, workout history, body measurements and more). It will be sent as a PDF before I begin designing your plan. This will help me to create the best program for your body and your goals!

-Whether you belong to a gym or workout at home, I will design (up to 5 workouts per week) depending on your abilities, training frequency and goals. For example: If you tell me you’re going to workout 4 days a week, I will design you 4 workouts per week. If you can only workout twice per week, I will build you 2 longer workouts per week.

-Each day will include a cardio element.

-A weekly check in to see how things are going. You’ll also be able to contact me anytime through email/phone/text with any questions or concerns that you may have.

I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Over the last few years, I have worked with over 50 clients in person and online.
